Meredith Frewerd

Meredith Frewerd is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, building on her academic foundation in Psychology, which she completed summa cum laude at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Meredith specializes in Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Counseling, and Existential Therapy.

She is enthusiastic about further developing her counseling skills, with a particular interest in integrating art and creative therapy into her practice. Meredith is committed to making a meaningful contribution during her internship at Bright Path, aiming to positively impact both the facility and its clients. Her primary goal is to provide an exceptional therapeutic experience, fostering personal growth and helping clients achieve their fullest potential.

In her free time, Meredith enjoys watching anime and movies, listening to music, and spending quality time with her sisters.
