Selena Nguyen

Selena Nguyen is a Master of Social Work student at UNC-Chapel Hill. Before joining the Bright Path team, Selena supported children and adolescents struggling with disordered eating at Veritas Collaborative as a therapeutic assistant. She also has experience working with adults as a case manager and as an employment specialist in non-profit, clinical, and community settings.

Selena is passionate about increasing access to quality mental healthcare for all people, especially those belonging to underserved populations. She believes that quality care is trauma-informed and person-centered where every facet of one’s identity is acknowledged and embraced. She aspires to be a psychotherapist and work with adolescents where identity formation is most influential.
