Bright Path is Growing: New Look and a Second Location

Something big is happening at Bright Path.ย Weโre opening our doors in a second location in November and unveiling a fresh new look along the way. We believe teen mental health deserves care thatโs accessible, modern, and designed for real life โ so we are proud to announce that Bright Path is coming to Hillsborough, NC, and launching a new logo.
Bright Path exists because someone said, โThere has to be a better way.โ Weโre still answering that callโcommitted, energized, and here for the long haul.
Why Now?
โAt Bright Path, we believe that timing matters, and the time is now. Over the past several years, weโve listened closely to the voices of our families, our teens, our community partners, and our staff. What weโve heard is clear: the need for accessible, innovative, and compassionate mental health care continues to grow, and so must we.
Dr. Shantel Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer
Our expansion and the unveiling of our refreshed brand logo mark more than just a new look; they symbolize our readiness to meet this moment. The updated brand identity reflects our growth, our resilience, and our commitment to charting new paths forward for the families we serve. This is not simply a change in design, but a reflection of who we have become and where we are headed. We are stronger, more connected, and prepared to meet the future.โ

Reaching More Teens
Hillsborough isnโt just a second location. Itโs a chance for even more teens to find their footing. Whether theyโre wrestling with anxiety, depression, school refusal, or the pressure of just being a teen today, Bright Path creates the space for them to be seen, heard, and supported.
โTo be stewards of good care, we mustn’t tell communities what they needโwe must listen to what is asked of us. Families have been asking for a Durham/Chapel Hill location, and Hillsborough turned out to be the perfect fit. With just 10 minutes to Durham, 20 minutes to Chapel Hill, 15 minutes to Mebane, and 45 minutes to Greensboro, this new site expands access and shortens the driveโmaking it easier for teens to get the right level of care at the right time.โ
Abigail Krieck, Director of Strategic Impact and Outreach
Looking Ahead
A new brand. A new building. A bigger impact. This is just the beginning.

โEvery teenโs story started before us and will continue after us. We are a chapter in it, and that chapter matters. With Hillsborough, weโre creating another space in the community for teens to feel safe, understood, and supported in ways that respect where theyโve been and help them prepare for where theyโre going. Itโs about walking alongside them, offering care thatโs grounded in evidence and built on trust. As we grow, weโre working toward a future where mental health is woven into the fabric of their life โ making it more accessible, accepted, and expected.โ
Jalecia Beatty, Regional Clinical Director

Whatโs Next
The Hillsborough location is set to welcome teens ages 12โ18 starting at the end of 2025.
