Part of ensuring that we are continuing to improve our services at Bright Path is gathering feedback about our programs from the participants and caregivers who have been through one or more of our services. We send out regular surveys to gather that information, starting at admission and continuing post-discharge. We take your feedback seriously and make programmatic and organizational changes based on the results of these surveys.
