Patient Survey Sign Up
Part of ensuring that we are continuing to improve our services at Bright Path is gathering feedback about our programs from the participants and caregivers who have been through one or more of our services. We send out regular surveys to gather that information, starting at admission and continuing post-discharge. We take your feedback seriously and make programmatic and organizational changes based on the results of these surveys.

Abigail Krieck is the Clinical Outreach Specialist at Bright Path, bringing over a decade of experience in higher-level mental health care. She holds dual degrees from Marquette University, with a B.A. in Conflict Resolution and a B.S. in Criminal Law. Abigail also expanded her expertise internationally, studying Cultural Approaches to Conflict at the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies at Mahidol University in Thailand.
Driven by a community-centered approach to adolescent mental health, Abigail believes that mental health treatment is deeply personalโthereโs no one-size-fits-all solution. Her work is rooted in the belief that compassionate, individualized care can make a lasting difference in the lives of teens and their families.
